PayLease:

which allows you the ability to go online or call a toll free number and make your rent payment. Please remember that your rent is due in this office by the 5th of the month. With Paylease you must make your rental payment by the 3rd of the month or it will be considered late. You can choose the Express Pay option which will allow you to make your payment on the 4th and it will be considered on time. Review the PayLease Instructions before you proceed.

ACH Debit:

from your checking account. The form must be completed and returned to Rose & Womble Realty Company LLC by the 15th of the month in order to have your rent payment ACH Debit from your account on the 1st of the following month. We will require the form to be filled out entirely and signed and it will remain in effect for your entire lease unless canceled in writing by you to this office by the 26th of the month prior to stop the payment for the following month. We will ACH Debit the money directly from your bank account on the 1st of every month and you will not have to worry about being late.

Both of these options are a valuable tool that will allow you the freedom to no longer have to mail or drop off your rent check. Please know that if you have one returned check on PAYLEASE or ACH debit you will no longer be allowed to use these options and will have to make other payment arrangements.

***PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT THEY WILL BE PAID AHEAD OF THE CURRENT MONTHS RENT AND YOUR RENTAL PAYMENT WILL BE LATE IF YOUR ENTIRE BALANCE DUE IS NOT PAID ON THE 5TH OF THE MONTH!******
