History with Rose and Womble Realty

Our Lynnhaven office manager, Diane Cote, has been a licensed Realtor with Rose & Womble Realty since 1976. She was a re-sale agent at our Kemspville office for the first 10 years of her career and received her brokers license in 1986. She has been managing our Lynnhaven location for the past 20 years.

Certifications and Qualifications

Diane is a certified ethics instructor and member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Assoc. professional standards committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors for H.R.R.A and is currently serving as co-chairman of the Sales Managers Advisory committee for R.E.I.N. Diane has been active in our local Realtor's Association serving on the Realtor Lawyer committee, R.P.A.C. committee, Grievance committee, United Way Fund drive, Board of Directors and Chair of the Sales Managers Council. On the State level, she has served as a V.A.R. Board of Director, and as a member of the State Standard Forms committee, the State Grievance committee, and as a State Ethics instructor. Diane was the recipient of the 1994 Association of Realtors Code of Ethics Award and in 1999 was recognized as the Broker of the Year for the Association. In 1998, she received the Outstanding Professional Woman award from the business community of Hampton Roads

Personal

On a personal level, Diane & her husband have 3 adult sons and are active members of the Lynnhaven United Methodist church.
