Hi, thank you for the opportunity to briefly introduce myself and to encourage you to select me as your Realtor®. As a former guidance counselor in the public schools, director of community relations at both Old Dominion University and Norfolk State University, as well as a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, my broad general experience with people and this community will greatly benefit the marketing and selling of your property. As founder and former president of a community development corporation (cdc), I am uniquely experienced and committed to meeting the need for affordable housing for low to moderate income persons. One word describes the sight of first time home buyers when they achieve the American dream of home ownership...exciting!

My personal interests are sports, creative writing, and music. As such, I attended undergraduate school on an athletic scholarship, once published a religious newspaper, and was lyricist on several music recordings. I am also a mother to one adult son, Marcus, who works in the music industry as a composer and producer.
