The Town Center Team consists of Beth Hughes (The Team Leader), Dave Reisch (The Team Greeter…social expert), Jessica White (The Team Feeder… our team cook…) and Megan Kinlaw (The Team Meeter…never met a stranger.).
Beth has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and operates as the Team’s “Leader”. “I started out as a receptionist at a mortgage company and was immersed in the business immediately. I have experience through the years as a Loan Processor, Loan Originator, Residential and Commercial REO Manager, Land Developer Sales & Marketing Director, Commercial Banking Land Acquisition & Development Lender and AVP, New Homes Sales & Management and Resale Sales and Management. I get my greatest joy out of helping new agents learn the business, motivating others, and helping clients understand the process of purchasing their home.”
Dave’s interest in Real Estate started years ago on Sunday afternoons browsing through open house ads and dreaming of one day owning one of those $120,000 homes (don’t we wish that was still true…). “I have discovered that the greatest rewards of this profession come from helping others find their home and achieve their dream. Through successful investments, I have become both a property owner and manager and acquired a wealth of experience as a buyer, seller, investor, and real estate consultant. I have specifically enjoyed working with first-time home buyers and have also had success assisting many out-of-town buyers and sellers with the unique challenges of purchasing a home while not living in the area.”
Jessica entered into Real Estate 2 years ago and has already achieved tremendous success. She was Rose & Womble’s #1 agent in the month of March out of over 600 agents. She recently accomplished a transaction where she helped two parties by arranging a “trade” of their homes. Talk about thinking outside of the box! “Passion, education, sales, and negotiation are the key words in my business. I have over 10 years experience in sales and training but found the retail world lacking that one-on-one contact that I desired. I really wanted to build long lasting relationships with the people I did business with and Real Estate has allowed me to do that. Megan is our newest agent on the Team but comes to us with a proven business background and sound communication skills. She shows great attention to detail and enjoys finding innovative solutions to problems. “I come from a family of REALTORS, Counselors, and Lawyers who brought me up to successfully manage challenging situations and compassionately offer my knowledge to help all of my family, friends, and fellow patrons. I am extremely passionate about my work and am eager to contribute to the success of my clients.”
