Licensed in 1987 in Lynchburg, Virginia, I moved to this area in 1989, and affiliated with Womble Realty. I have been with the company – changed to Rose & Womble – and in the same office since that time. I was managing broker of the Beach Office from 1995 to 2000 – Since going back to selling in 2000. 85% to 95% of my business each year comes from past clients and referrals from past clients. I have helped people buy and sell 4 or more times, and now I am helping their parents, children, family, friends, neighbors and co-workers buy and sell homes!
