As a holder of the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation, I received specialized training to assist with that difficult situation and am experienced in working with both short sale sellers and buyers. During my time with Rose & Womble, I’ve worked with the executors of estates in a number of transactions to help them prepare the homes for market, dispose of furnishings and personal items, suggest repairs where necessary, and market and sell their properties. I’ve also completed Graduate Realtor Institute training. This course is comprised of a number of eight hour classes with training on a range of subjects from assisting and negotiating for buyers, ethics, and law relating to real estate, and marketing listings.
