Hi, I’m
Elaine and Welcome to my Web Page!
As a
full-time professional Realtor, with 30+ years of experience, I will be honored
to guide you through your next real estate transition.
I service
all of Southside – Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and
have worked as far out as Smithfield.
My
Commitment to YOU:
Buying and
Selling Real Estate is a huge responsibility for all concerned. I take this to heart. Through my extensive knowledge and expertise,
I explain the process and the contracts; listen to the wants and needs of both
buyers and sellers; and then follow through from first meeting to closing,
putting my personal concern, attention to detail and negotiation skills to work
for you.
As a Seller, you can expect:
ü Detailed
Market Analysis,
ü Explanation
of the process
ü Written
marketing plan including signage, advertising, open houses and follow through
to closing.
Communication between each step is
paramount. Together, we will ex-examine our plan as necessary, always focusing
on the results.
As a Buyer, you can expect:
ü Total
focus on your specific criteria,
ü Sending
you new listings daily,
ü Setting
appointments to show,
ü Giving
you detailed information that will help you make an informed decision,
ü And
again, follow through to closing.
