About Me
Originally from California, I joined the Navy at
17 years of age in 1985. Commands I served at: USS John F. Kennedy
(CV-67), NAS Whiting Field, USS George Washington (CVN-73), NAS Norfolk, USS
Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), Naval Cargo Handling Battalion One (NAVCHAPGRU),
and Center for Personal Professional Development (CPPD). I have
served my country for 23 years that has taken me from Antarctica to the
Mediterranean, Red Sea, Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean and the Persian
Gulf. I am an Aviation Boatwainsmate by trade and cross-trained in many
different areas such as a Drug and Alcohol Prevention Specialist, Drug and
Alcohol Counselor, Aviation Fire Fighter, Security Supervisor for combat
operations, Instructor, Facilitator, Training Course Manager, Course
Supervisor, Weapons operator, Emergency Vehicle Operator, Hazardous Material
Supervisor and Truck Driver, Air Cargo Handling Specialist and Aircraft Load
Planner, and most of all a Leader.
